Corrective action: Observed containers of ice cream NS bagged ice stored directly on the floor of the walk-in cooler. Reviewed storage requirements with person in charge as a method of contamination prevention from premise, and items were to be moved to shelving following inspection. 2.) Food was not covered during storage. Observed an ice cream container stored in the walk-in freezer without a lid. Observed ice buildup in the walk-in freezer that could contaminated improperly stored food items. Reviewed storage requirements with person in charge to ensure that foods shall be protected during storage.
