5-205.11 — Hand washing sinks lacked hand washing supplies as required by the code.
Corrective action: Observed the hand-washing sink near the drive thru lacking paper towels. The towels were replenished during inspection.
2-302.11 — Employees had acrylic nails and was preparing food without gloves.
Corrective action: Employee donned gloves during inspection.
