None — 10: 5-202.12(A) Handwashing sink does not provide water at a temperature of at least 85 degrees F. Observed handwashing sinks in both bathrooms holding at 75 degrees F. Water heater was flushed and temperature was increased above the minimum.
3-305.11 — Food was stored in areas prohibited by the code.
Corrective action: Observed condensation from the walk-in cooler evaporator fans with excessive buildup of ice and dripping water. Spoke to person in charge about re-installing drain tub and repairing defrost function.
5-402.11 — A direct connection was observed between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed.
Corrective action: Observed direct connections on the drains for 1) 3-compartment sink in kitchen and 2) 3-comartment sink in the bar area. Work order will be placed to update plumbing.
6-501.12 — Physical facilities were not cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
Corrective action: Observed soda syrup BIBs in basement that were leaking. Spoke to person in charge about removing syrup and water on the floor.
