Corrective action: Observed cut tomatoes being held for more than 24 hours without a date mark. Spoke with person in charge about date marking requirements for any temperature controlled items. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat food(s) that require time or temperature control for safety was not discarded within 7 days of preparation or opening of product. Observed opened milk past 7 day date mark in the fridge of the bar. Spoke with person in charge regarding proper date mark discard dates. Item was discarded during inspection.
