Corrective action: Observed: TCS items on the cold holing unit temping at 46 degrees F for less than four hours. Person in charge stated that unit had been unplugged somehow. Maintenance showed up during inspection. Ice was added to unit to keep TCS items cool.

Corrective action: Hand washing sinks are not accessible to food employees. Observed: 1) Hand washing sink near the three comp sink blocked by a mop bucket and trays. 2) Hand washing sink in the front of the restaurant blocked by a metal rack.
None — 16: 4-501.114(F)(3),(4) Chlorine sanitizing solution intended to sanitize food contact surface(s) did not have a concentration between 50-200 ppm along with the corresponding pH and temperature. Observed sanitizer in the three compartment sink below 50 PPM. The sanitizer was remade during inspection to the proper concentration.

Corrective action: Egg items may be cooked to order. Consumer advisory rules and regulations were discussed during inspection.

Corrective action: Observed a bottle of unlabeled water. This was corrected during inspection.
6-403.11 — Personal belongings were stored in an unapproved area.
Corrective action: Observed employee drinks in walk in stored on salsa. Spoke to person in charge about this item.
